Remember how I tried instilling a 21:00 - 05:00 sleeping schedule last week? Well, that failed tremendously. And I really was in bed at 21:00, I just couldn’t get my mind to rest. I think the root was job anxiety. I have been waking up a bit earlier though so hopefully my body adapts.
The AI research has been incorporated though, got ChatGPT Plus. Watching videos to learn more, and starting to refine prompts for the workflow. Definitely gonna do more this week.
Also, I bought a T580 last Friday - have tinkered with it (new SSD, Linux Mint installed) and is easily the highlight of my week (that sounded cooler in my head). Was a reward for making all this progress with my YouTube strategy transition. Now I have a laptop I can actually take on the go! Perhaps productive coffee shop sessions soon??

Started watching MHA from s4 again since friends told me that I need to catch up.
Thinking binges will be a lot easier thanks to watching on the laptop - woo.
Body journey
I was doing so well with eating until this weekend when I went to a burger spot with the girlies… oop. It’s fine though - I don’t have anything scheduled social wise until next month. But I do need to double down on being consistent with my healthy eating habits.
Moving forward
Even though last week was kind of light regarding the workload, I was still drained toward the end. It was a bit of a slack week, and that’s fine - had more social activities lined up. This week I’m doubling down on the grind. About 1 month out from vacation, sprint time…
